My debut album!

When creating ‘A Sign of Change’ I had the idea to create an album all about love and as the songs progressed it became clear that it was a love story that was actually a fantasy.

And thus, Man of My Dreams was born.

This album features 13 songs, exploring a queer love story that many people can relate to. It starts with the a crush that develops over time and seems destined, until it’s revealed that it is all in the head and wasn’t a mutual feeling.

Halfway through the album, there is a shift in both tone, and the production of the songs to show the change from fantasy to reality.

The cover art for the album is inspired by
‘The Lovers’ tarot card.

Since the album is about a love that never existed,
the art is “reversed” a term used for tarot cards to show a different meaning than if it were upright. In this case it is to show that while the album is about love, the story isn’t as straight forward as it may seem.
