License Plates

Whenever I’m out driving, or even when I’m just a passenger, looking at the different license plates from states around the country was always a fun way to pass time. My only problem was that a lot of license plates tend to be quite plain, and I always thought there was so much potential for a fun way to showcase your home state.

So, I decided to create my own license plates. My goal is to create at least one per state, showcasing the state nickname as the main illustration. To start the series off, I created the license plates for the tri-state area.
